In my earliest work, I embarked on an exploration of experimental imagery to express my personal vision of the family unit. Drawing from intimate experience, I distilled specific elements that emerged within the image, subtly unveiling the cyclical nature of familial relationships. At that time, I was deeply influenced by avant-garde filmmakers, whose timeless imagery resonated beyond the constraints of linear time. Inspired by this, I abstracted moments from the past, using a handheld DV camera to craft a deliberately elusive narrative—an attempt to question whether we can ever truly break free from the bonds of memory.
